Lisa’s recently completed a contract for the Royal Opera House as a Design Supervisor. Taking Wagner’s opera Das Rheingold as inspiration, Lisa worked with a design team and the local community to create a site specific show that took place in the London Cruise Terminal in Tilbury. The role involved devising and running community workshops in all aspects of theatre design and crafts. The sessions included adult and further education groups, residents’ associations, junior schools and young offenders. All of which contributed to the design elements of the show with prop and costume making, scenic painting and designing.
